Mixed Feelings on My Stay

The hotel staff did not greet us well. They seemed to snap at us, and the check-in took too long. The room felt uncomfortable as it seemed tiny and dark. The bathroom felt dirty and I noticed stains in the bathtub.

The hotel location worked well for visiting local museums. I found the breakfast service offered many choices. The reception desk staff was helpful with directions. Apples were available at the front desk daily.

I noticed some pastries available near the lifts were sometimes stale.

The room had a rainfall shower and separate sinks, it was useful. I found drinking water was available in the room, it saved trips. The room remained quiet despite city noise.

Atocha train station is near the hotel, it helped traveling outside the city. The Prado and Reina Sofia museums are within walking distance. I reached the city center with a short walk of 15 minutes.
